With the DEA’s diversion control program, she oversaw the execution of various legislative, programmatic, and investigative/regulatory initiatives. In addition to providing policy direction related to investigations of DEA-registered entities, Mimi also managed and guided a staff of attorneys, scientists, and investigators throughout the regulation drafting process, including policy development and implementation.
